When you make a return, please allow up to 25 working days (not including weekends) for your choice of exchange or refund to be processed! Especially during busier periods of the year (Sales, Festive periods, Black Friday etc).
If you've returned an item direct to our warehouse and outside of our secure return portal (Rebound), you are liable to notify us at of the returns tracking and arrival.
As this return was made outside of our return portal we are unable to track your parcel.
Please forward your tracking number to us at firstname.lastname@example.org once your item looks to have been returned, we will then be able to fulfil a refund/exchange! :)
If you have made a return to us and have not received your refund or exchange within 15 working days, please get in touch with us on Live Chat (Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm) or on Facebook Messenger! We will be happy to check the reason for the delay and get this sorted for you!
Please note, emailing multiple times regarding your return will not speed the process up for your refund / exchange! Quite the opposite!
