When making a Return through our Rebound Portal, please ensure that all details, including order number, postcode and phone number are correct and match that of your order!
The returns portal will not work if you are attempting to return a delivery past our 30 days return policy.
It also won't work if your order has not yet been fulfilled.

If you have made a purchase online and would like to return in-store, you definitely can! But please note as our online and in-store stocks are separate, we will only be able to offer you a refund!
Make sure to bring your order number (e.g. WIT12345) with you when returning in-store!
