When making a Return through our Rebound Portal, please make sure for US orders you use the full order number starting with 'WITUS' and the following 5-6 digits, and the full order number for UK/Rest of World starting with 'WIT' and the following 5-6 digits.
You will also be required to enter the same email used on the order for the portal to work!
The returns portal will not work if you are attempting to return a delivery past our 45 days return policy.
It also won't work if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
If you have made a purchase online and would like to return in-store, you definitely can! But please note as our online and in-store stocks are separate, we will only be able to offer you a refund!
Make sure to bring your order number (e.g. WIT12345) with you when returning in-store!
